Liked: A comfortable hotel, you have all necessary things you need, clean and cozy, great value for money. Location is very good, walking distance to central train station, and good restaurants nearby.

Liked: The garden was lovely and the hotel put on a nice DJ night which encouraged a cozy hygge feel in the hotel. The room was nice, but nothing too special to be honest.
Disliked: With winning the award for the best hotel in 2023, I was quite surprised that it wasn't much nicer! The room outlets didn't work, so I had to complain to the front desk. There was a weird clicking noise in the room that prevented sleeping. There was no refrigerator in the room for drinks or anything like that. The bed topper was not comfortable and slipped off the bed all the time. The room was smaller than expected, but not bad!

Liked: The hotel was very unique with a nice outside cafe and very relaxed reception/waiting area on the ground floor. The room was comfortable with a very nice bathroom.

Absolutely amazing

Liked: Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. The staff team knew it was my 30th so they brought a little treat to our room. Always smiling and they could never do enough to help. What a beautiful city with super friendly people. Rooms are a good size, very clean and amazing decor. I have recommended to all friends and family that want to visit Copenhagen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
