Liked: The staff was kind.
Disliked: This is the second time we have stayed here and this is also the second time we have rented the Suite 2 room. This is the second time that we have opened up the pullout couch to let my son sleep on it and there has been mouse poop on the bed. Last time they were able to transfer us to another suite and it was clean and we stayed in it this time they had to give us two rooms. Usually would be great, but my 17 year-old son had to stay in a room by himself. I’m sure he did not mind but we were very unhappy with the situation.

I hope to return and...

Liked: My son Chase married the love of his life in Eckley. I catered the event and spent days preparing for 200 people. The full kitchen of the king suite was perfect for planning shopping with dishes, pots and pans at my disposal! I have been in the hospitality industry for my career and spent a lot of time in hotels. This place exceeded my expectations with the most professional staff, spotless rooms and common areas.
Disliked: The coffee is too weak. I would’ve liked another option like a darker roast.

Disappointing

Liked: Easy to find.
Disliked: We were put in a room went to make out the hide a bed. There was mouse poop everywhere. We complained to the front office. They were great on switching us rooms quickly. Explain they had a mouse problem in that room. Not sure why we were ever put in there then if they had other rooms. Went to the other room there was soap slime in the shower and then there was lipstick all over one of the pillows.

Liked: It was very comfortable, great location.
Disliked: They are redoing the siding, it looked like they were closed. Needed a sign saying We are Open!

Enjoyable Stay. Convenient Location.

Liked: Location was perfect for us to visit with family and we would still be able to take our walks in the evening on the dirt road by the Inn. You could easily walk across the street from the Inn and walk in the park, if you prefer not to traverse the dirt road. The service was friendly and very pleasant to visit with. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee was excellent. We rented the suite with a kitchenette because our son has Celiac disease, I make his food to take with us when we went to eat. It was very nice and I loved the convenience of having a full size refrigerator with an actual freezer department. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when we visit family.
