Disliked: 7am NO Breakfast and NO Coffee, Staff looked like she just crawled out of bed and was making coffee with her toothbrush in her mouth

Disliked: Staff was rude, no one at front desk when u check in have to pick up the phone call multiple times to get someone to come up to front desk, went outside to smoke at 530 in the morning and was locked out of our room with our 2 kids sleeping had to use the phone at the front desk to call numerous times to get someone up front and then they didn’t even make us a new room card/key to get in the room the women couldn’t even speak English just used the house keeper key to let us in, zero effort on their part for the breakfast syrup was empty for waffles, waffle batter was basically empty the place just isn’t was it used to be I’ll never stay there again the gal that did let us in our room was completely rude
