Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre. Blackout curtains did not come together completely.

Liked: Nice and clean, cute part of town!
Disliked: WiFi was painfully slow, couldn’t even search coffee shops in area from room.

Disliked: WiFi was very bad! Kept disconnecting and was very slow.Housekeeping was only every 3rd day!Poor communication about the housekeeping policy (every 3 days).Disgusting handprints and greasy head prints on the headboards.Laundry room key entry broken.

It was a nice place...

Liked: I loved the location, I loved being right next to the Stout clock tower. It’s just such a beautiful view from the 3rd floor. The staff was friendly to my daughter when she got an scrap and need a Band-Aid.
Disliked: I didn’t like it you weren’t downstairs by the time the complementary breakfast starts, there won’t be any/no one refills the breakfast. Which was disappointing because that’s one of the reasons, I chose this hotel because I figured it’s one less meal I have to feed to 3 kids on a 4 day stay. Also my room did have a little a kitchenette in it but the dishes were all dirty and the cupboards. Which I clean out myself and did all the dishes before I left because I thought it was gross. Also there was trash left behind in my hotel room, which was whatever because that was easy to get rid of but it still not pleasant to find in your hotel room on the first night.
