Disliked: Blower motors too loud for the HVAC in room units. Both rooms we stay in. 1st one more than the other

Disliked: The staff (a balding guy) who started vacuuming the hallway carpet at 10:15 am. The children running down the hall at midnight

Great room, not great breakfast

Liked: This is going to be a love/hate review. The room was very good, spacious comfortable (although there is a ton of wasted space in the bathroom, almost like they decided against putting a sink in there. Instead there is a huge open space). The gal that checked me in couldn't have been more nice and friendly.The bed was comfortable, the AC/heater worked well and I didn't find it any more loud than other hotels. I loved, loved the recliner in the room. that was a fantastic little surprise.Pillows, like most hotels, left a lot to be desired but I always bring my own pillow with me when I travel for that very reason. Overall zero complaints with my room.
Disliked: The breakfast that was served during my stay was not good at all. The eggs were super dry and crumbly like a dried cookie. I may have just been unlucky and got there before it was refreshed and after the first group of people had their fill, but they weren't good. Same with the sausage pretty dried out and not very appetizing. Also, the gal at check out seemed like she was having a bad day and was very short and snippy, a complete 180 from the gal the night before. I know people have bad days, and maybe I caught her on one. But, that was just my experience.

Much nicer than we expected

Liked: Very clean, quiet, and felt very safe
Disliked: The bed was very high (but there was a stool in the room so it wasn't really a problem). There wasn't a grab bar in the shower.
