Friendly

Liked: Staff is very friendly. Facility clean, rooms clean.
Disliked: Remote to TV was broken. Breakfast could be better. Eggs were not scrambled, just little round globs of eggs.

Liked: The hotel manager was very friendly and extremely accommodating. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.
Disliked: It would've been nice if the hotel had a pool.
