Very good

Liked: Comfortable beds, close to our destination. Front desk person was very helpful but appeared to be going too many directions at one time.
Disliked: Breakfast was poorly supervised. Tables were together so there were fewer places to sit (5 kids at a table for10). Coffee ran out around 8 am on Saturday, same with bacon and eggs.

We will probably be staying...

Liked: I have a hard time using stairs and the staff was able to let us have a ground floor room. Much better than than most motel breakfasts. I could also see my car from my room.
Disliked: It doesn’t have an elevator.

IT WAS OK BUT NOT...

Liked: WE HAD SOME TROUBLE WITH THE TV. THE DESK CLERK CAME IN AND HELP US WHICH RERSOLVED MOST OF THE ISSUES BUT THERE IS NOTHING IN THE ROOM TO EXPLAIN THE TV OR WHAT CHANNELS THEY HAVE.

Liked: The facility was exceptionally clean. The staff (Jordan) were so helpful and polite. Location was great as well. This will be my go to place if I'm back visiting in Iowa.
Disliked: The guest in room next to us were loud but hotel took care of it.

We will stay here anytime...

Liked: The staff were all very polite, positive, and accomodating! We even received a call after we settled in, just to ask if our room was satisfactory! I have never had that happen before!The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I have had.
Disliked: Only bad thing was that my husband noticed our room smelled like dog. He is very sensitive to the smells.
