It was satisfactory other than...

Liked: It was convenient to where we were going.
Disliked: I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. They told me the hot tub was out of service and being filled in. there was no discount offered or anything. That was the main reason for going there.

Passable

Liked: Lotion was very convenient and close to everything
Disliked: It wasn’t very clean and not worth the price

Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast, cleanliness
Disliked: Wasn't there long enough to have a dislike

Superb

Pleasant

Disliked: Tv wasn't working

It was excellent

Disappointing

Liked: My family always loves the breakfast.
Disliked: The front desk personnel was never behind the front desk or even trying to look productive. The only hotel I've ever stayed at where it's okay for staff to lounge in the recliners by the fireplace while their children were swimming in the pool unsupervised.

Except for the above descrepancies...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Ding area was very clean and staff really cared about keeping it clean and well stocked.
Disliked: The toilet was continuously running. It needs some attention. The A/C unit was filthy and smelled bad. Ot needs to be cleaned out!!
