I used to stay there...
Liked: We got moved to be by our friends like we requested even now they put us originally on opposite sides of the hotel
Disliked: There was mold all over in the bathroom. Spider webs in the window. Lamp was stained. White stain on carpet? Carpet in hall way was all rippled. Fridge freezer door broken.

Disappointing
Liked: We have been here in the past and loved it. This year, the breakfast was horrible, and they took the hot tub out of the pool area, so we were unable to spend time with friends there. We will not be coming back.

It was satisfactory other than...
Liked: It was convenient to where we were going.
Disliked: I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. They told me the hot tub was out of service and being filled in. there was no discount offered or anything. That was the main reason for going there.

Disappointing
Liked: My family always loves the breakfast.
Disliked: The front desk personnel was never behind the front desk or even trying to look productive. The only hotel I've ever stayed at where it's okay for staff to lounge in the recliners by the fireplace while their children were swimming in the pool unsupervised.
