Unfriendly staff, rough towels, and...

Liked: Spacious room
Disliked: Had to wait 20 minutes to check in - bar manager had to go find him. He didn’t tell us anything about times for breakfast or pool or anything. Just said okay after we checked in. Didn’t even get directions to our room. Very gross floors in elevator and first floor. Sandpaper feeling towels not one was soft.

Liked: Two nights stay, ski race American Birkie .Suggest if no daily cleaning of rooms or new towels, a few towel bars near tub would be handy.

Clean, modern, but lacking in...

Liked: We did feel that the hotel was clean. We liked their coffee bar area, although the hot water was out almost constantly for tea/ hot chocolate. It was nice that it was provided though. The continental breakfast was decent. Waffles, eggs, fried potatoes and sausage as well as muffins, toast, yogurt,cereal juice and fruit. Staff was kind when you finally found someone to help.
Disliked: The pool was closed. Our interior doors in our room (bathroom and separate bedroom area) did not close so we had no privacy using the bathroom. We didn’t have the amenities we needed (towels) or bedding for the pull- out sofa bed, and it felt like staff was non-existent. We waited for a very long time for assistance, once I waited 10 minutes, gave up then went down and waited for another 15 just to get towels as they missing from our room.

Disliked: Hot tub and sauna would be nice.I understand everyone is understaffed but there was no one at the front desk

We will stay there again.
