Disliked: The breakfast was odd combination pancakes smoked sausage potatoes my pancakes were hard couldn't eat them

Friendly staff, pleasant stay

Liked: Nice hotel with a friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was okay with enough options to satisfy. For Newport the hotel is great. We enjoy the front desk staff, very friendly and offered lots of local suggestions.
Disliked: A/c was weak and could get warm in the room.

Disappointing

Disliked: I did not have hot water both nights I have been her and I in formed the front desk but didn’t get fix
