Liked: The convenience of the location. The breakfast and coffee!!
Disliked: Several people standing by the elevators, including myself could smell a horrible sulfur smell. It happened 2 out of the 4 days we stayed there.

Great stay, great location, great...

Liked: It was clean and comfortable. Great location-walkable to downtown Hartford. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast room was very small.

Disliked: I can't think of much. the breakfast, the bacon could have been thicker

It was a short stay...

Liked: Cute little town, however that was the problem. It was a small town with not much to do in it. We also were there to go to the Harley Davidson anniversary party and this was a little too far to all the festivals.
Disliked: Location

Very enjoyable suite room.

Liked: This facility was very clean and comfortable. I was traveling alone and only staying one night, but would have easily enjoyed the stay were I to have stayed longer and have family with me.
Disliked: Access to the hotel is awkward through a city parking lot. Hotel parking lot is on a hill and also awkward. Lobby is small and is not convenient as a gathering place.

Liked: The location was nice and the front desk staff was very pleasant.
Disliked: I booked a double queen - they stuck me in some sort of room with a small kitchen. My kid slept on the pull-out couch, it just felt weird. It was super loud, the HVAC would rattle and clank, even when I turned it to a higher temperature in hopes of it shutting off it just kept running. The other guests in the hotel were very inconsiderate, lots of kids running around screaming and defeated parents just letting them go, I've seen that dead look in parent's eyes before and I empathize. My teenage daughter complained about the noise so it must have been bad for her to complain. Breakfast was a shit-show. I'm sure this place is nice during the week but if there is a softball/soccer/dance tournament on the weekends stay away.
