Disliked: it was a little bit off the beaten track no elevator I had to walk up steps with bags

Just a quick in and...

Liked: Location to Mercyhurst was great, the price was very good, the breakfast was good, everything more than satisfactory.
Disliked: Missed having an elevator so carried suitcases up and down the stairs. Request a first floor room if you have trouble navigating steps. And beware.. They allow pets, so good luck with that.

I will not be returning...

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The air conditioning was useful although a little loud. The internet worked well and was as needed.
Disliked: The linens were very rough as well as the bed being very uncomfortable. The towel felt like sandpaper and the facilities did not open in time for me to use them in the morning.

Amazing Staff and Great Location!

Liked: The staff was amazing! And the location was only about 15 minutes from anything we wanted to do on Lake Erie- the neighborhood was also very quiet and felt safe.
Disliked: There were a decent amount of spiders and other insects in the room- not necessarily the fault of the hotel but just something to keep in mind.
