Disliked: Staff was not polite or helpful. Not around when needed and we originally thought we were at your Erie location but when we went there the staff was rude also and sent us to this harborcreek location. Horrible experience

Liked: The water in the shower would go hot then cool without touching anything. The knob was loose in the shower and made it hard to try and find a decent temp. The pool floor surrounding the pool was chipping and got into the kids hair, which was a problem when trying to wash it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Upon arrival, the staff seemed overworked and spoke unprofessionally about their jobs and their coworkers. After waiting several minutes for someone to come to the desk, we were given our room key. When we entered the room the bed was unmade, there were used dirty towels on the bathroom floor, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. I reported the issue and was offered a room on the first floor across from the extremely noisy pool and there was a dog barking incessantly next door. I never entered the room because I decided to stay with a friend in another room. I asked the front desk multiple times if I could receive a refund for my room and the employee told me several times he was trying to reach the manager who was out on vacation. He eventually told me that the manager would call me on Monday. I got a call this morning and the manager offered to refund one night but blamed me for not canceling the second night. I explained that I didn’t make any changes to the reservation because I was told that the manager would be able to help with a refund but the manager continued to state that he would only refund one night. This hotel is poorly staffed, poorly maintained, and poorly managed.
