Disappointing compared to last year.

Liked: Waterpark and restaurant
Disliked: The staff at check-in were not friendly or accommodating. They would not move us closer to our grandchildren because they said all the rooms had been checked into already. Later, there was a long line of people checking in. Clearly it was a lie.

Disliked: Restaurant staff attached to hotel. Wouldn't seat us said we need a reservation. 20+ seats open not even half capacity. Weird! Never in my life seen anything like it. Been to plenty of restaurants in 50 yrs.

Liked: Front desk worker was amazing on sunday during our stay.
Disliked: I rated size of the room low because the bathroom is extremely small for a 2 queen room. That needs to be larger.The coffee was really watery with no flavor.
