FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Liked: The young lady who checked us in, asked what kind of handicapped accessible room we needed. I told her my boyfriend was in a wheelchair. She looked at the room I had booked, and said the shower wasn't accessible. She apologized for the misunderstanding on the hotels web page. She then changed our room to a handicapped accessible room. I explained my parents and son and daughter in law and granddaughter was coming for our Christmas. She then offered us the board room, which was fantastic. When we got into our room, she called us to make sure the room would work. Very very happy with the service, and the hotel is fantastic!
Disliked: We never understand why hotels put handicapped rooms on upper floors. If there was an emergency and elevators were down, how are they going to get to safety.

Good night stay

Liked: The breakfast was nice & tasty. A good variety of choices for food. The hotel was very clean and the staff I did encounter was friendly.
Disliked: No one came to the desk when I checked out despite picking up the phone like the sign says. This was not a deal breaker.
