We never stayed.

Disliked: Not being able to keep the price I was told upon arrival. I was told a surcharge is added when everyone checks in. That wasn't included in my email. The only time I use my card is when we are out of town and need a room. I had put money in it for the price given only to arrive that evening and find out it was going to be more. We had to stay at a different hotel, lucky enough rooms were available.

Disliked: Middle of nowhere. The nearest city type environment is 45 minutes.

Liked: It was in a good location close to my nephew’s home
Disliked: When we arrived the front desk person was not very nice. She looked like we interrupted her day. She gave us our keys and mumbled something about breakfast and didn’t even look at us. So we just walked away. Maybe she was very busy but when she came up she said I’m right here. Hang up the phone. I didn’t know if she was front desk person.

Liked: Room was big I understand I took the last room available very thankful.
Disliked: Not completely clean, restroom, it was a handicap so I understand, but not vacuumed and dusty, toilet bowl and around was not clean still has ....outside of bowl on floor, and may insects, my RATE was way higher than what I booked. NOT CORRECT

Liked: The location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.
Disliked: I specifically booked a handicap accessible room because my mom is in a wheelchair and the room was only handicap accessible for deaf people.
