Liked: We stayed in a newly renovated room which was super clean but there was a very strong smell of paint or other... not sure. Should have asked ro change rooms but I didn't realize. I woke shortly after midnight with my eyes burning really bad and swollen.headache, sore burning throat. And nausea. And have been feeling the affects of this ever since which was 4 days ago.

An excellent complete package accommodation...

Liked: We loved the location and how easy the staff were to work with. The room was clean and comfortable and was exactly what we needed.
Disliked: The climate control unit didn't seem to be working properly. We were able to open the window to cool the room down to a more comfortable temperature. As someone with basic straight, long hair, I was disappointed that there was only a 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner. It didn't work great to condition my hair so it tangled easily throughout the day. I prefer separate products.

Disliked: Breakfast was terrible, pool much smaller than it appears in pictures

Liked: The location was great. Breakfast was great. Beds were very comfortable and shower was wonderful! I’ve stayed here before and will stay again.
Disliked: Nothing about the hotel but there was a hockey thing going on and lots of young kids running in the halls and playing in the elevator. Booking.com doesn’t tell you these things when you book…thankfully they were only there one night and it didn’t disrupt my stay.

Great stay except for the...

Liked: Our room was perfect for what we needed. The front desk staff were wonderful, friendly and efficient. We were told upon check-in that there would be two hockey teams staying in the hotel and we were put in a top floor room to avoid some of the noise. The hotel staff dealt with the teams and their families appropriately. We were not bothered by any of the other guests.
Disliked: Let's talk about the pool... it was so cold and very uncomfortable to swim. We did not enjoy that at all.
