Liked: nicely decorated
Disliked: third floor and steps to get up there were tight be aware if you have balance issues.

Chic, comfortable and relaxing accommodation.

Liked: The chateau was absolutely beautiful. The neutral decor was chic and glamorous, yet understated. Our room was spacious and airy. Our beds were super comfortable. I appreciated the little details, especially the Frette bed linens. Everything was charming, including the rooftop terrace where one could sit and enjoy a glass of wine, etc. The chateau was located two blocks from the beach. Breakfast wasn't offered, but I hadn't expected it. There was a tiny refrigerator in our room which was convenient. They offered cappuccino, tea and loads of fresh peaches, which we enjoyed. My husband and I travel all over and have stayed at some nice places along the New Jersey shore, but I have to say that the chateau was the best place we have stayed at so far.
Disliked: The walk up to the third floor was a little hard with our luggage. Our room was the only one left available, i think. Next time, we'll try to reserve a room on a lower floor.
