Liked: Beautiful spot on the ocean, beds were so comfortable and it had a great pool! I will definitely be booking there again!
Disliked: Nothing thought it was a great hotel.

Liked: Location, restaurant, van rides to downtown
Disliked: Toilet/bidet was broken, room was had to keep warm.

Liked: Nice place, but expensive and small rooms. Very pet friendly so that was welcomed.
Disliked: Not great value for money.

Liked: The staff were great. Shawn the bartender in the lounge was a great host. Ricardo and the other shuttle drivers, sorry can't remember their names were very accommodating.
Disliked: Nothing

So impressed with the hotel...

Liked: The room and view were awesome. The pool and amenities were fabulous. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Not a big deal, but there was no bathrobes in room. I called front desk and they delivered it promptly.

Good location, great restaurant

Liked: The restaurant, the blue crab, is excellent.
Disliked: The very strong smell of marijuana from an adjacent room. The hotel changed us of room but we ended out in front of the elevator. So, it was very noisy. Nobody investigated or asked the clients to stop smoking pot.
