Liked: Location
Disliked: Lied about the location of the room. Was told at reception it was facing harbour, eventually was not it. When enquired about it, was told i booked through booking.com, harbour facing rooms are only for coast customers.

We always love staying at...

Liked: Love the location and the view of the inner harbour. Staff is excellent.
Disliked: Shuttle was not available when promised and had to take a taxi.
