Liked: The Staff was amazing, wonderful, could not be more attentive. They knew the area, the restaurants, the attractions. The restaurant was closed when we arrived but breakfast was amazing. I will be staying here again.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like was the parking garage. I was very happy there was a garage, but I have a camaro, and as a low riding car and the steep drop out of the garage, my car bumped, coming out of the garage. But that is the only thing.

Liked: Good location the pool opens at 7am
Disliked: I thought I would have a different view I legit had the view of a parking lot. Also after a shower I was drying off and noticed a red spot on one of the towels I'm praying it was just a stain though I did re shower. That to me is unacceptable. Throw the towel away. I complety forgot to take a picture of it but for a hotel in stsuib in that is over 200 a night in the dead of winter this is crazy. I've always wanted to stay here since they built it but not again. There should be a small couch or something I the room instead of a stupid table with 1 chair. Also the little store in the hotel has little to be desired. You should invest un a freezer for atleast ice cream since the restaurant only has like fancy deserts. The toilet in the room the chair kept coming off so it wouldn't flush all the time. And also there is like no wear to hang a towel maybe add some hooks and also no where to put toiletries in the shower. I honeslty know how expensive this hotel is in the summer so i would not stay here again unfortunately. Disappointing.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location for walking around and shopping. The staff was amazing and check in and out was fast and easy. The restaurant was great also, we had a great breakfast the day we departed.
