Pleasant Stay

Liked: The front desk staff were very accommodating. We arrived early and were able to park our car for hours before check-in. The room was very comfortable and nicely updated, and the coffee lounge was a bonuse.
Disliked: A mirror outside the bathroom and a hook on the bathroom door would have elevated the facility score. Also, beware if you book through Booking.com, the hotel will put a hold on your credit card the morning of your arrival unbenounced. They say this is policy but it's the first time I have encountered it, and it took several days for the hold to be removed.

Liked: Very convenient location, large rooms, clean well equipped bathrooms. Great coffee machine in the lounge.
Disliked: No restaurant or coffee shop

Liked: Good space. Comfortable bed . Very quiet. Good coffee,tea facilities.
Disliked: Terribly uncomfortable pillows. Cold, slippery feeling bedding. No extra blankets.

Outstanding staff, outstanding stay!

Liked: The room was well laid out with two queens beds at opposite ends of the room, separated by the bathroom. Provided some distance if one party wanted to watch tv, and the other, to sleep. The kitchenette was handy. So glad it was pet friendly too! The complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate was a nice touch and could be enjoyed in the separate common area tv room.
Disliked: Room did not have a designated seating area to watch tv. A bit cramped to use the small table and chairs.
