Superb

Enjoyable stay for our first...

Liked: The hotel and rooms were super clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable too! (I always have a hard time with pillows when I travel). The staff was great! We ate in the lounge two nights and the food and drinks were great. The bartenders were very accommodating and happy to make you a cocktail you liked! There was live music one night too! We’d definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, great staff and excellent...

Liked: Hot Tubs and Sauna were new and very modern. East access from the car park. Friendly reception staff.
Disliked: It is out of town - so you need a car and risk missing the town of Revelstoke itself. The dinner order took over 30 mins to arrive - due to a 'mistake with the order.'

Liked: Room was lovely and clean ,room was large enough to be able stay comfortably ,staff very courteous and helpful
Disliked: Fire could have been going in general seating area , also maybe some nuts or nibbles available not just for helisking customers
