Our choice for an airport...

Liked: This is our go-to airport hotel. They have a 24 hour shuttle service which made us happy because our flight got in at 1:00am. The driver was exceptionally nice.

Great location for Seattle airport

Liked: The hotel is perfectly located for the airport. There is a shuttle bus but have to phone for it when you reach level 3 carpark ‘Courtesy’ zone. Phone number to ring is listed as 45. At the moment the airport phones provided are not working so you have to use mobile. You have to add county code 001 before phone number if it says number not recognized. (facility not working is airports responsibility not hotels. Booked in advance and paid £150 a night however if we had booked that day it would have been £93. I would have been happy with hotel at £93 but was over priced at £150. The staff were friendly, helpful informative and always smiling which apart from the location was a great strength of the hotel.

Adequate for my needs

Disliked: Extremely loud speakers and person announcing was literally shouting into speaker. For persons with hearing devices this is extremely magnified and not pleasant
