This was an enjoyable stay! The staff were friendly; the room was clean and comfy. It was easy to walk to train to take to Commonwealth Stadium.

Liked: Overall facilites are nice and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The onsite restaurant was too expensive for the atmosphere and quality of food. I erroneously booked a second room while and called the front desk minutes later but because it was “noncancellable” they refused to do anything about it, stating because it was booked through a third party website. I spoke with Booking.com and they would process a refund if the hotel agreed. The hotel did not agree to this, despite how unreasonable they were being. No understand this was the “policy” as it was a no refundable room, but I was already a guest there, it was a mistake, and I called them minutes after it happened. Very unreasonable and comes across as greedy and money grabbing. I will not stay at this property or this hotel chain again because it shows how little they care about their guests.
