Overall satisfied

Liked: The staff was very attentive, constantly checked on us and offered help while we were waiting for our room. The room was clean and spacious, bed is very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are outdoor, but well maintained. Gym equipment was a bit outdated, but worked just fine. Valet parking was very convenient.
Disliked: One of the three elevator was out of service which caused longer wait. We got there early than the check-in time and there was no room ready, had to wait for around an hour to get the room. There was very little green space around the hotel building for our dog to do her business.

Really enjoyed my stay here...

Liked: The staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful! We were able to access bathrobes, an umbrella and a microwave. The hotel was clean and had all the amenities we needed. I liked that it was so close to the Convention Centre and waterfront. Good value for money.
Disliked: The view from our room looked right into an office building, but I guess that's what happens when you're right downtown! We weren't really in our room for most of the stay anyway.

Liked: The room was great.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better. The eggs were cooked nicely but other food was not very hot. We had to ask for glasses for out water and were not supplied enough cutlery son had to ask for that too. Very unimpressed that I was told I had valet parking and then told I had to pay for it. I wish I would have been told that from the start. A hardship I didn’t need after paying that much for a room.

Liked: The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating.The room was pleasant and the location excellent for our needs.
Disliked: Main floor washroom facilities would have been helpful.

Liked: THe rooms were a great size, bathroom was very clean and looked new. Sheets and beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and terrific - felt bad we didn't have any cash to leave tips. Next time we'll be better prepared!
Disliked: Nothing that I can think of.
