A comfortable and restful stop...

Liked: The hotel is located away from major traffic noise so is quiet. The room was clean and comfortable with a good sized fridge, The view of the partially iced over pond was entertaining with water fowl. The toilet/bidet Toto Washlet was unexpected and would take some getting used to.
Disliked: Didn't plan to use the pool so the fact it was experiencing problems was not an issues on this trip.

Disliked: Furniture in guest rooms well used. Desk chair back was broken, side chair leg was wobbly, vending machines on two floors did not accept cc for payment

Pleasant comfortable hotel close to...

Liked: Pond view room overlooked the large duck pond and fountain complex. Very pleasant. The rejuvenated Thunderbird Alley restaurant and boutique pedestrian district is a short walk away. This area has eateries, craft brewing pubs, coffee shops, and such. All very well done. Ample parking. Grocery store across the street.
Disliked: The hotel's own restaurant area is too large and somewhat dreary. Poor lighting doesn't help it at all. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

Lovely

Liked: The room was very spacious and loved that there is a bidet & slippers for the room was a nice touch. Front desk staff was also very friendly. Love the sparkly elevator floor too.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The rooms and amenities were run down, the beds were hard and uncomfortable and the towels in the pool area were either worn/torn or tiny. The restaurant sucked we went for breakfast and it was all barely warm and seemed to be all re heated food rather than freshly prepared. Which is insane given the cost associated and the server seemed to hate her job. The front desk staff I interacted with were lovely though.
