Liked: This is just what we needed for our family vacation! Location is excellent. Staff are soooo nice and helpful especially Ms. Yuna who took great care of us from the moment we checked in. Really, she deserves a raise for what she does; she goes more and beyond with the guests. We loved the rooms and they were comfortable. And the 20/10 is for the toilet seat that is warms anutomatically all the time. Thank you for the great experience! This is all you need if you want an apart-hotel. The cleaning team are superb! Thank you everyone for making our stay comfortable. Also the washing machines were really handy! thank you for the filtered water available for the guests!
Disliked: The rooms are clean but the corridors and hallways need extra care. Also the washing machine area can be cleaner. The coffee is soooo light that it tastes like hot water. We got our own coffee. Prices inside the lobby market are really high. Breakfast inapplicable to us.

Liked: I loved that there were supplies for cooking in the kitchenette and they were not expensive. The room was fantastic with a living room and kitchenette. Some construction noise but only during the day. Very quiet.
Disliked: YYC could liven up their downtown on the weekends!
