A very great stay overall....

Liked: The hotel has been upgraded, clean and awesome ocean views Staff friendly and follow up to ensure you are happy with the room
Disliked: The bathroom has frosted glass door, the bathroom light shines through brightly at night, would be nice to have a softer night light in bathroom so not to disturb partner when going to bathroom at night.

Great property overlooking the water

Liked: Staff were amazing and room was clean
Disliked: The heating/cooling system would not allow us to have it stay on all night so it kept going on and off and was very noisy

Nice but could be better...

Liked: Room was big and clean, beautiful views, bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No complementary bottles of water in room. Both vending machines not working. The heater/ac was very loud when running. Very limited channels on tv, and internet was impossible to connect to. Restaurant food was mediocre at best, both dinner and breakfast.

your staff was very welcoming...

Liked: close to the airport as my flight had been cancelled and rebooked for the following morning. The lounge/bar was lovely. The dinner I ordered was very good! all staff were very accommodating!
Disliked: no dislikes.

We enjoyed our 2 night...

Liked: Ocean front room was spacious with fantastic view. Restaurant served great food.
Disliked: Wine list could have a few more good quality Okanagan wines.
