Nice but could be better...

Liked: Room was big and clean, beautiful views, bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No complementary bottles of water in room. Both vending machines not working. The heater/ac was very loud when running. Very limited channels on tv, and internet was impossible to connect to. Restaurant food was mediocre at best, both dinner and breakfast.

Liked: close to the airport as my flight had been cancelled and rebooked for the following morning. The lounge/bar was lovely. The dinner I ordered was very good! all staff were very accommodating!
Disliked: no dislikes.

We enjoyed our 2 night...

Liked: Ocean front room was spacious with fantastic view. Restaurant served great food.
Disliked: Wine list could have a few more good quality Okanagan wines.

Liked: The room was very beautiful and overlooking the harbour. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was well laid out
Disliked: The pillows were rather stiff. I made a gamble not bringing my own based on the website boasting that they are very good. The bed was more on the firm side.i would have liked better water pressure in the shower but it was ok I suppose. The restaurant hash browns had literally no seasoning on them and no salt or pepper at the table. The road was torn up outside and gated off so that wasn't fun, they share parking with a city parkade which was kinda sketchy, if you have a truck over 6 feet you need to park further away which I definitely didn't like
