Disappointing

Liked: It was quiet
Disliked: Hot tub was out of order, swimming pool water was cold, no blow dryer, dog room but wasn't very clean and I wiped alot of surfaces down.

Good for what it was...

Liked: Comfortable beds, good shower
Disliked: The staff took more money and couldn’t explain why. They assured me it would be returned but it’s been almost two weeks and it hasn’t yet. The manager was no where to be found and the other staff did not know what the process was

Liked: Very clean & modern room. Care has been taken for the decor and the beds were very comfortable to sleep on
Disliked: The hotel was a bit difficult to access. Because of the flow of traffic on the roads, you could only enter if you were driving north-west on Sumas Way or by coming west down Marshall Road

It was okay but will...

Liked: The location was good and the staff was excellent. The continental breakfast was satisfactory.
Disliked: Noise travelled between the rooms and the person in the next room had a noisy phone conversation that woke me up at 6:30. Staff quieted them when I called but I was awake by this point. They also price gouged for one night so I actually moved to a different hotel. This alone is reason for me to choose another hotel next time I’m in Abbotsford.
