A good location with east...

Liked: Room was good, quiet, clean. easy parking, close to where we were visiting and easy access to the freeway. My wife was very pleased to be the winner of the small welcome gift. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The continental breakfast was good.
Disliked: We did not want a pet friendly room but it was fine. The main reason for booking this hotel was for the hot tub but the last two times it has been out of service. Apparently they were waiting for a part but I get the impression they don't plan to fix it.

Great Stay

Liked: The location and cleanliness. Staffs were amazing.
Disliked: Would prefer warm breakfast and tea options. The hard boiled eggs were served cold which was sad. The pool closed due to issue just before our arrival and it was one of the thing we were looking forward to.

Great one night stopover after...

Liked: Ideal location, friendly staff and plenty of choices for dinner locally. The receptionist was very helpful when seeking advice for an emergency dentist

Convenient and comfy. Would return!!

Liked: The staff were very friendly and the rooms very comfortable. They were quick to assist in any way needed and answer all questions.
Disliked: The breakfast is a little lacklustre, but free food is free food! Some warm options for food would be great. The hot tub was under repair both times we stayed. That was disappointing as it was a very desirable feature. Laundry would have been nice, especially if you were a long term guest.
