Unhappy country stay

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We had cockroaches in the shower, a broken mirror and the bartender at Rupert's Bar and Grill which is attached to the hotel was rude and unhelpful.

Liked: The room is large and spacious. Very quiet
Disliked: The beds are awful. I've stayed here twice now, 2 different rooms and the beds have been sinking in the middle. The pillows are thin and non-supportive. Not really worth the price tag
