Superb

Liked: Location really good for visiting Kew Gardens.Free on site parking was available. All the staff we met were very pleasant.The beds were very comfortable.Liked the decor throughout the hotel.

Liked: Location and room excellent. Perfectly positioned for Kew, Chiswick or Richmond and east to get the Underground into Central London.

Liked: Alicja on reception was brilliant so helpful and welcoming.. we stayed as was running the Kew half marathon and alicja was so accommodating arrange a breakfast for us before we left for the race as it was early.

Liked: Spacious room for a wheel chair user. Comfortable beds. Lovely decor. Secure parking. Excellent food, freindly bar. Location on Kew Green. Will, book again.
Disliked: Quite a low loo.
