A hotel that makes you...

Liked: I stayed at the Coach & Horses Kew Green for 9 nights, during a work trip. I must say that this is one of the best experiences I've ever had in terms of hospitality in London! First of all, the staff working there was very welcoming and thoughtful, especially Alicjia, who is one of the most kind and beautiful souls ever met! She is a true gem, treats every single guest as a long-standing friend and she makes you feel like home! Breakfast was quite good with lots of choices (buffet with baked goods, juice, fruits, cereal, yogurt etc. as well as a nice menu of cooked breakfast options), room was extremely quiet and clean, with proper room temperature, lots of amenities, and a super comfy bed! The location is ideal if you want to visit Kew Gardens and Richmond (Kew Gardens tube station is at a walking distance). Will definitely come back one day!

Disliked: Poor food and expensive ie chicken and broccoli pie came with a blob of mash and no veg at all… £21.50… ttp

Liked: The location, friendly helpful staff, quiet& comfortable, good breakfast. Good parking,pleased to find oat milk sachets provided with tea.
Disliked: A few bits of the bathroom grout& paint could have done with tidying up. Bedroom easy chairs rather grubby and tatty.But good overall.

Comfortable hotel and great staff...

Liked: Alicia at the front desk most deciding one of our highlight of our stay here. She was very welcoming,genuinely warm, bubbly personality and very professional. She is definitely one of the best hotel staff we had come across in a long time. Period. Room was comfortable and tasty furnished . Secure underground parking. Easy access to the train station. Housekeeping staff were also amazing.
Disliked: The pull up curtain in room didn’t work property. That is an easy fix. A bit of spots and paint franking in the bathroom wall. Again an easy fix with a fresh paint. Most disappointing and negative aspect is the restaurant staff. We had wanted to have dinner on a Sunday night at around 6.30 pm. There were 3 tables occupied in the dining room with 3 set of couples. The waiter/barman told us we can eat inside the pub and that the restaurant dinning area is closed. Why ? He didn’t explained why we can’t eat there as there were 6 people already having dinner inside. We told him the pub is too noisy and he seem amused by our remark. There is a different between eating inside a restaurant ambiance as opposed to eating inside a pub with noisy crowds and sports TV on . We ended going out and had dinner out instead. Despite this unfortunate encounter, we would still recommend this hotel.
