Liked: This hotel is part of a first-rate pub with excellent food. It is located within walking distance of Kew Gardens which was our main reason for visiting. Our room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. However, the greatest selling point for this hotel is the people. Alicia (sp?) at the front desk is a gem. She's efficient, humorous and always helpful. She made us feel very much at home and was there to help with any questions. We were also very fortunate to have Mandy as a server in the dining room; again, a very present, humorous and helpful lass, The pub also has an excellent pint of bitter.
