Liked: The hotel is always clean. It is a pet friendly hotel, but it never smells or has any pet hair. The breakfast is ok, about the same as any other continental breakfast.
Disliked: We have stayed at this hotel multiple times but always in the summer. This is the first time we have stayed in the winter months, and we were slightly disappointed. The pool was freezing cold. It is definitely not heated. Being that the pool is one of the main reasons we stay here we were disappointed. Also, the evening bar event is only Monday-Thursday, but it is not advertised that way on the website. Another disappointment in the amenities of the hotel, especially with the cost of the hotel being what it is, we expect the amenities to be far superior to what we experienced.
