Superb

Liked: Location pretty good, great view from room even though limited [see below,] as had corner unit. Plenty of space with separate living and dining.
Disliked: Couldn't sit on balcony and only 1 of the 2 balcony doors opened so very restricted view compounded by a dark film on the glass. A fair distance to walk to nearest shops for supplies ie., food & drinks.

Disliked: The bath towels was only changed on the 4th day when we inform the reception.The room was also make up on the 4th day. There should be a hang up sign for the door to indicate to house-keeping staff to clean, n make up the room

Liked: The staff were very helpful.and the location excellent.
Disliked: The toilet smells unclean with a persistent bad odour.

Comfortable rooms and good location

Liked: Room is clean and comfortable. 10 min walk from Central Station, 5 min to Hyde Park, 5 min to Chinatown/light rail.
Disliked: Check in is too late at 4 pm. It's standard to have a noon check out time and 2-3 pm check in.

Very good

Liked: Location was excellent, the room was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful.
Disliked: Bathroom quite small and too close to the bed. Only instant coffee in the room and no complementary coffee at Reception.

Pleasant

Enjoyable, good value for money...

Liked: Location great- 5 minute walk to; -Hyde Park, -a shopping centre, and -free tram to QVB and Martin Place. Many restaurants (Chin Chin, fantastic and open late) and cafes nearby. Comfortable room with mostly everything needed for a short stay, including kitchenette. Good blockout curtains, and quiet even though near busy roads.
Disliked: First room had a very damp and musty odour, moved to an alternative room where odour was still present but minimal. Possible rooms need airing or new carpet. Bathroom supplies limited (no cotton pads, cotton tips, etc.). Small room with no couch or dining table/area, if cooking or preparing food then you would be eating it sitting in the bed.
