Great location, fab sized room,...

Liked: Great location, helpful staff, good size rooms, free wifi was excellent for our whole stay, added bonus of the 3 free laundry rooms.
Disliked: Carpets a little threadbare, didn’t get a check in call until our last evening re fresh towels or if we needed anything. We didn’t realise there was no housekeeping on booking (probably us not reading but maybe should be informed of that beforehand).

Liked: Great for distance on foot to many of the locations we were interested in around Sydney. And loved the apartment instead just one room with a bed.

Liked: We enjoyed the location, as we could walk to most places of interest, or catch a nearby bus or train. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was adequate for our short stay, as it had a functional kitchen. There was also a free guest laundry on our floor.
Disliked: It would have been nice if the property had a swimming pool.

Disliked: Soon as we arrived we got bombarded by a sales rep who tried to upsell some random lecture to learn more about “club Wyndham” for a free bottle of wine- my partner politely told her we were in a rush to see a concert and she continued her pitch. Eventually I had to cut her off and we both walked away frustrated and confused at why we were treated so aggressively. Would not come again based on this treatment- recommended the Ace hotel around the corner (worth the extra cost)
