Superb

Fabulous suite!

Liked: We booked a suite which was absolutely lovely, spacious and we wished we had booked longer. Lovely bathroom and shower, kitchen had everything we needed and although a little chilly to sit out in October a balcony with table and chairs. Would recommend! Plenty to do in the area too. Hotel gave recommendations for things to do in the area.
Disliked: When we arrived we were informed we were booked into a presentation for the following day for a type of timeshare thing, which we declined but they were quite persistent, didn't expect that or appreciate it as we were only there 2 nights.

Exceptional

Liked: The size of the room was perfect.The property was clean and landscaping was beautiful.The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Liked: Location was great. Our condo was perfect for our big family.
Disliked: The beds and the shower head

Liked: I thought the suite was very nice and spacious. The woman at the check in was pleasant and helpful. Parking was good.
Disliked: I did not like the people pushing the time shares/memberships. They were extremely aggressive and pushy! I completely shut down. Then they called the next morning to ask why I wasn’t interested. So unprofessional and rude. Also the pools were not heated as advertised, the hot tub was not working.
