Liked: Proximity to the beach
Disliked: The frequent calls from resort to purchase a timeshare. Also, the fact that we paid for oceanfront but got oceanview. We were told that possibly the next day oceanfront would be available but it required packing and repacking.At the checkin we explained the details of our booking but to no avail.

Liked: Decent view of the ocean. room was very clean Kitchen had everything we needed even a full size coffee maker which we don't always get. It was the off season so there was some work being done ie renovations but the noise was not bad.
Disliked: the wifi and the cable were not great I think the cable was streaming and there were lags and buffering. the wifi i think was super restricted.

Liked: My wife and I enjoyed the entire experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. There was a little confusion in the beginning, but it was straightened out and ended up with a nice upgraded room. In general, the facilities and pools were all top notch. I would gladly go again.
Disliked: The entrance is confusing and difficult. It is easy to go to the wrong tower and we did, and the parking garages would be tough in a more busy time of the year. Also, so far as I know there was no room service option and you have to schlep you own luggage. Lastly, we agreed to hear a presentation for a time share promotion in exchange for future room privileges up to a year in the future. About 30 minutes before the scheduled time, I received a call telling me that it had to be canceled. The rep. wanted us to reschedule for the next day, but we had other plans, so our answer was no. Then he offered us additional benefits if we agreed to the next day schedule, but nothing if not. We declined. We scheduled our day around that presentation and feel a little put out about the abrupt cancellation.

Disliked: The rooms need serious updates. I felt like we were staying in a hotel stuck in the 90’s.

Disliked: Parking was atrocious, very narrow spaces, and had to park at different building and drag luggage for approximately two blocks to our room. Staff was melancholy about everything. Once they realized we didn't want to own a timeshare there, we were just taking up space. Definitely won't be returning
