Liked: Everything was amazing especially the staff only thing is the cold water didn't work in the master shower....not a bad thing but that water get really hot

Liked: Dissatisfied with the check in, I had called several times to see if we could get in before 4pm due to my child having medications that needed to be refrigerated and we had a 10+ hour drive in. Each time they assured me if we checked in we would be moved up in the list and they would get us in early. We arrived at noon were told we were on the list and they would call us when the room was ready. At 4pm we went back to the desk and were told our room still was not ready. The room was nice, clean, and close to a ton of activities and the beach. The pools were nice and plenty of room to save an area for family.

Liked: Discount tickets to Wonder works and also the sky wheel provided upon arrival. Sat on the beach for hours walked to the pier. Me and my wife had adult drinks while the kids played away.
