Liked: The location was the best part of my stay.
Disliked: When we checked in at the front desk the girl was quite nice and friendly. When she sent me over to the RCI side the young man tried to use bulldozer tactics. I did not realize when I booked it was one of those never ending timeshare places. Did not appreciate his demeanor or his attitude. Then told me I was being rude because I didn’t want to attend one of those pushy presentations.

Disliked: We where harassed by the time share very rude and said we had to go to a seminar it was in the find print 3 people came at us at once making demands We had booked Thur booking .com I called and reported your staff and also at the side desk . I have never been harassed that bad ever in my face.

Disliked: The tube was clogged when we got there tried to take a bath first night and it wouldn't drain.

Exhausting trip and a waste...

Liked: It was clean but it wasn’t really handicapped assemble to the beach. You have to walk about 100 yards down the street to a beach access for a beach wheelchair. And then another 100 yards to beach chair rentals. We stayed at the Princess and it was 100% better and much nicer rooms too and less expensive plus it was totally wheelchair accessible and the staff there was much better and more helpful. This is a clean facility but it lacks comfortable beds and accessibility! Won’t stay here again. My disabled son was miserable and I was exhausted by the complete failure with our key cards and wristbands which had to be changed out three different times on three different days! That was a real hassle too. Plus the parking is in a parking deck across a very busy highway. The skywalk is available to access the parking deck but you have to take an elevator to the third floor and change elevators which are in a different area. No one explained all this when we checked in. I had to ask several times for clarification and got all my information from other guests not staff! It was ridiculous and miserable! We left a day early because it really was that horrible! A complete hassle!!
