Spacious and well-appointed.

Liked: The unit was spacious, clean and wonderfully appointed. Enough beds and bathrooms for all our needs. Excellent location. Great amenities (wish I had the time to enjoy them all).
Disliked: The shower in the master bathroom was wonky. It was either too hot or too cold. The "middle" effectively shut off the water so we had to use the other showers.

Liked: The suite was great and roomyClose to everything. We didn’t end up using the bus to the attractions because the times were weird and it took forever to wait for the bus, even though it was supposed to arrive at set intervalsThe crew were very accommodating and niceThe rooms were clean and had nice amenities We ended up using the washing machine and dryer quite a bit
Disliked: There were tons of little ants in the kitchen areaEverything was very clean and from what we read, the ants are a real problem for all properties in that general areaBut that was annoying

Liked: The venue was very well priced and extremely close to universal studios, Room was very spacious and very nice.
Disliked: my only complaint was the hidden 250 $ damage deposit that you are required to pay upon arrival.
