Liked: The accommodations, staff were majority a of unprofessional. Especially the timeshare folks.
Disliked: Timeshare folks had no mannerism of a professional nature. Were dismissively rude and just not people whom showed respect.

Liked: The unit was laid out well and good size with 2 baths which was nice for our family of 5.
Disliked: The unit had a terrible odor and the carpet was wet. I’m hoping they just had the carpets cleaned. There were crumbs in the bed which means they weren’t ever changed or they put dirty sheets on. The checkin process with infuriating. We had traveled all day and had a late check in. They asked a thousand questions including for my kids names, which I thought was weird. Then they sent me to the concierge who said I was eligible to receive a “free gift”.. I had an idea of where this going but I was polite and let him do his thing. He finally admitted I needed to attend a 90 minute sales presentation to collect the “gift”. They were astonished when I told them I had no intention of spending 90 minutes of my weekend with my family trying to be hard sold on a timeshare. The manager even said the kids were welcome to attend as well. Yeah, that sounds like a fun way to spend our morning on vacation. I told them I was tired and just wanted my keys. They then asked if there was going to be a problem because I was agitated.This place is slimy. They hide the fact that you need to attend a seminar to receive your free gift and then act like I’m being unreasonable. I’ve had friends attend these high pressure seminars and they won’t let you collect your gift or leave until you buy something. Not my idea of a fun vacation.

Things were great overall.

Liked: The amenities were out of this world. The free arcade. Room was over the top
Disliked: That if you closed the bedroom door there was NO heat in the bedroom. Do you HAD to keep door open to keep warm while in bed

It was very pleasant.

Liked: Our rooms were nice and clean. It was in a good location.
Disliked: Even though our rooms were close they were not adjoining.

Liked: I like to all of the amazing things that’s on the property. My view was great (water view). The room upgrades are beautiful.
Disliked: It was a family above us & all day long into the night it was not but jumping, running and loud Booming (child).We were so restless.Never in all the years we having been staying in the resort have we experienced anything like that.

Great getaway as resort

Liked: Whole the activities offered and the cordiality of the staff.
Disliked: Early check out at 10am can be better.The parking spots are small for a full car or truck too narrow. Inside the resort maybe better stop sign more visible.
