Liked: beautiful Property but suite 36 be is really bad
Disliked: very thin wall too noisyno access to beacg

Disliked: Aged facility, no daily room service, lights didn't work.

Good location but room did...

Liked: Good location, nice grounds and loved the Nene walking around. Nice and close to Ha'ena State Park and was able to get an early start and easy parking for Kalalau trail (to waterfall).
Disliked: Room was attached to another room by a single door. Family with children were staying in the room next door and it was not soundproof at all.

Liked: It was located close to the parts we visited
Disliked: We were supposed to get a king bed but they gave us two full . The booking reservation had it correctly stated but the front desk stated they did not see it on their end. Do not know if it wasbooking’s or properties’s fault but unfortunately this not be fixed nor did try to accommodate our request.

Liked: Location and the room itself was amazingly spacious. Whole apartment!
Disliked: It needs proper maintenance. The gardens are immaculate but the water machine at the pool wasn’t working, the pool itself needed re-lining/coating, the curtains are rotting, the emergency exit staircase floorboards are rotting. Nothing seems particularly clean in Hawaii, windows, mirrors etc, but maybe that’s the climate? Also a voucher was given to use at the nearest supermarket - 10% off if you spend $50 or more. But it expired at the end of 2023 and we were given it in Sept 2024.

Disliked: Parking, no a/c, rooms very small, could hear neighbors- very noisy, bed was uncomfortable & too small for 2 people.
