Liked: Size was very good and location close to restaurants and union square. Having a full kitchen helped to take breakfast Quickly..
Disliked: Need to improve the ligth in the room and living room. Too dark. Need to fix usb Charger.

Dodgy fraudlent charges- would avoid.

Disliked: While the hotel was nice, and our stay was pleasant, despite paying the full amout for the room at check in, the parent company charged our card the full amount of our stay in error 2 weeks after we checked out of the hotel. I contacted the hotel through email and booking.com, to no avail, and eventually had to phone from a different time zone at my own personal expense to get the suprious credit charge refunded. I have never experienced such a thing before, initially I thought the charge was credit card fraud. I received no explanation for why this happened or appology for the incorrect charge. I will be giving all Extra Holidays associated hotels a wide swerve in future.

Liked: Hotel was lovely so clean and very nice.Room was big enough for us two. The gentlemen at the front was lovely handed out umbrellas to us and gave us wash powder was very polite.
Disliked: Getting asked continuously to do time-share videos not interested

Liked: the suite was extraordinary regarding the furniture , appliance , living room, bed room and bathroom
Disliked: no housekeeping from checkin to checkout , youn have to clean the room by yourself only when you need towels they give you what you need
