Great location, hence the price you pay. But disappointing that they only give you 1 flat pillow. Every hotel I have stayed at give you at least 2 pumped pillows.

Liked: Location to Trafalgar Theatre.
Disliked: Only given 1 flat pillow; would have been nice to have at least 2 pumped up pillows.

Great hotel, in a great...

Liked: Room - Well laid out room with an exceptionally comfortable bed.Location - Probably the best location for a hotel we have stayed in London.Staff - Friendly, welcoming and professional.
Disliked: Breakfast - If you arrive at the wrong time the queues can be long to get in. The coffee machine produces tasty coffee but limited machines can be a wait.
