Great location, hence the price you pay. But disappointing that they only give you 1 flat pillow. Every hotel I have stayed at give you at least 2 pumped pillows.

Liked: Location to Trafalgar Theatre.
Disliked: Only given 1 flat pillow; would have been nice to have at least 2 pumped up pillows.

A lovely clean hotel with excellent staff. Ideally located for London sights and theatres.

Good, very central location...

Liked: Location of hotel is perfect for walking to the Thames. Also, Trafalgar Square and both the National and Portrait Galleries are closeby, likewise Covent Garden and China Town with all that area has to offer. The interior of Reception is very grand too and the staff welcoming.
Disliked: The room , although large, only had a small window with no view. It was very dark and the lighting was poor, far too bright. There was also no bath, only a shower and generally the room needed a serious upgrade.

Liked: The club living room was great, very comfortable, quiet and cosy place for drinking free coffee or tea. Great room, very convenient and very tidy.The crew was very helpful.
