Great location, hence the price you pay. But disappointing that they only give you 1 flat pillow. Every hotel I have stayed at give you at least 2 pumped pillows.

A lovely clean hotel with excellent staff. Ideally located for London sights and theatres.

Liked: The staff at the reception, I remember Delia and others were excellent and very polite & helpful .Breakfast was varied and had all kinds of varieties for all tastes . The bakery was exceptional .The room was spacious and comfortable .The location was just perfect , close to the action , restaurants, theaters , parks & Covent Gardens as well as walking distance to Oxford , Bond street , Regent & Pall Mall . Even the Hop on buses were right there .No complaints
