Overall, I'd rate this as the best bet in downtown Chicago. Location is excellent, rates are very reasonable, and service impeccable. The rooms are not huge but very well appointed, clean, modern, and well maintained. Bravo!

A great value. Absolutely wonderful...

Liked: Michigan and Wacker? Great Location.Very nice staff. Friendly. Helpful. A pleasure.
Disliked: The kitchenette could have been furnished more thoughtfully. A kitchen towl? Tea mugs? Kettle? These are pretty basic expectations when one books a suite with a kitchen.
