Liked: Perfect location near Times Square and Theatres, Radio City etc, comfortable bed, nespresso machine in the room, cozy lounge/lobby with tea coffee 24/7
Disliked: No fridge & safety box in the room. Valuables can be deposited at the reception s safe though.

Disliked: We had a guest from work we needed to host in NYC and we chose the hotel based on location. When the guest arrived at the hotel, the computer system was completely down. The staff asked him to return later, even though it was after 10 PM. When he came back, the system was still malfunctioning, so they sent him to a different hotel downtown. The location of the hotel was important because the guest had a meeting scheduled for the following morning. As a result of the situation, he went to sleep very late, and to arrive on time for his meetings, he had to take an expensive taxi.
