Liked: Fantastic location - less than 100m from St. Paul's cathedral. Facing the street yet quiet enough to get a good rest after a busy day. Room - quite spacious (especially for London) with all the necessary facilities and comfort. Lots of digital tools for check-in / out, etc. Fabulous personnel ... friendly, welcoming, ready to help 24/7.
Disliked: temperature in the rooms could be warmer - but finally conditioner did its job :)

Disliked: I recently stayed at Club Quarters Hotel on Monday evening, and by Tuesday, I noticed multiple bites on my arms—specifically in areas that are usually covered except while sleeping. Given the circumstances, I strongly suspect these were bed bug bites, as I did not notice any mosquitoes or other potential causes during my stay.Concerned about hygiene, I reached out to the hotel, informing them of the issue and asking them to check and clean their beds to prevent other guests from having the same unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, I received no response and no apology. A responsible hotel should take concerns like this seriously, inspect their rooms, and ensure proper cleanliness.I’m sharing this so future guests can be aware and take precautions before booking. I urge Club Quarters Hotel to address this matter properly to maintain minimum hygiene standards.

Liked: Very modern and the staff were lovely, perfect location easy to walk to the sites or very close to underground, bus stops and rivers taxis
