Overpriced and overrated

Liked: The room is good. The bed is comfortable. The location is good too.
Disliked: The check-in and check-out process is awful.The WiFi is not fast, just 15-20 Mb/s. A huge gap under the door, through which everything is heard and light at night.Constant traffic jams in the elevator. There are not enough of them for such a number of guests. Terrible queues for breakfast. The workers don't care, they don't even regulate the queue.Two times experienced a food shortage (no eggs, no bakeries).

Great location, hotel that lacks...

Liked: Location and breakfast were good.
Disliked: For this price level you expect a hotel where both heating and cooling works properly with isolated windows which can open AND close. Plus the checking in without people doesn't work well...

Liked: Great Location near to 2025 London fireworks Red 5 entrance, and they upgrade our room with free of charge and give free umbrella.Thank you
