Efficient check in and cheerful welcome. Clean, practical rooms and in a great position for exploring central London. Very convenient for the theatres. We are already planning to stay again later in the year.

Liked: The location was excellent and the staff were very good indeed.
Disliked: The room was a little smaller and slightly different to how it looked in the photos. Felt slightly dated. Breakfast next door for £22.70 was poor.

Great Hotel & Lovely Staff

Liked: The staff were so welcoming and helpful, the room was very clean and had everything we needed. The only reason I’ve not given a full 10 is because our beds were on wheels and kept slipping around when we sat on them, and the bathroom only had a sliding door which didn’t completely shut and couldn’t really give you maximum privacy for using the toilet! But those things are only tiny remarks, we didn’t raise them as we were still very happy with the room and didn’t need them fixing - we really enjoyed our stay.
