I liked the free filtered water; closets on each floor with supplies that I needed; cleanliness of the hotel; staff was very helpful; roof top patio very nice; close parking at Embarcadero Center.

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Club Quarters San Francisco. The staff was so friendly, the room was quite comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop area. We intend to stay with you again!

Better than expected!

Liked: Location is perfect. Ferry Building is 10 minute walk. The Transamerica Pyramid is a 3 minute walk. Great breakfast with big portions in the adjacent Fish and Farm restaurant. No-frills but comfortable rooms.A very nice perk - free good coffee in the lobby!

One of the best places...

Liked: This was an amazing hotel with great amenities, I believe it's the eighth floor. They have a cabinet for guest if you forgot like a razor Q-tips shavers toothbrushes all complementary love it everywhere around the hotel has complementary water bottle fillers with filter. Water is also complementary laundry facility in the lower level, as well as a workout room. and then the rooftop terrace on the 11th floor is a beautiful during the day and night. I believe the hotel is easy access to everything I was traveling with both my kids 20 and 13 and we walked everywhere from our hotel even at night and felt super safe. The parking garage is right across the street with a tidbit of an idea. It's a 24 hour parking for $37 so if you're only there three nights four days, you only get charged for the three nights which is really cool and the parking garage is easy access and it is remarkable. We will def stay here again. We walked all the way down to fisherman's wharf Alcatraz back the Giants game and back and was able to take right off the highway and go to Santa Clara San Jose Golden Gate Bridge in lombard.

Good hotel, but a little...

Liked: The room was a little noisy and bright even at night. The curtains didn’t close all the way so the street light was bright in the room all night. I could hear the neighbors talking and the noise from the street. The carpet needs a deep clean or to be changed. It smelled funny and was a little stained. The furniture also looked a little old. The bed was very clean.
