No free parking but there's a parking garage right across and I only paid 12 for a day (got lucky since I wasn’t parked for longer than 24 hours I assume). From checking in the process was smooth. A lady helped me check in and got me my room pretty fast. Although my room was small, it was all I needed since I was only using it to sleep. You get what you pay for and in my opinion it's worth it. Staff was very understandable and answered all questions I had. If you're looking for an inexpensive hotel that you’re mainly going to use just to sleep and shower, I highly recommend Quarters Hotel!

Liked: Was close to the venue and at an affordable price!
Disliked: Their complimentary water station was awkward. Couldn't get water from it but it wasn’t horrible.

Disliked: Guest computers not working. No printer. Hotel next door accommodated

Everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful. Checking in and out was very easy. The room was clean and nice. The windows were sealed off and were not able to be opened - I found this upsetting. The shower curtain also wasn't long enough, so half the bathroom was soaked after showering. Not a huge deal, honestly. The only real bummer was the lack of snacks and refreshments in the lobby. The website talked it up a lot, as if it was always stoked and awesome. Even the morning breakfast consisted of some fruit and cereal bars, pretty lame. Plus 32 dollars to park isn't ideal either. Either way, if it's close to your main attraction and you can get a good deal on it, go for it. If it's well over 100 bucks, then it's not worth it.

Liked: The coffee maker in the lobby; the deal I got.
Disliked: Lack of promised snacks in lobby.

I highly recommend this hotel. Clean, comfortable, and excellent service throughout!

Liked: The bed and pillow were very comfortable, and so was the room temperature. Excellent valet service!

From the concierge to the valet, all services excellent. Room was really nice and the price unbeatable. Will definitely be a guest in the future.

Disliked: Room was small but for one night it was not a problem. Would not want to have an extended stay.

Club Quarters was a great place to stay. Friendly staff and very helpful!

I would have rated this hotel 4 but with an obvious problem with room service, I give them 2.5. They also had no pool, bringing them to 2 stars. Our room did not have a ceiling fan either.

Liked: Stylish hotel. Staff was nice. The room was very nice. Kitchenette.
Disliked: Room service was terrible. Table 7 Bistro is associated with the hotel. Spoke with them 3 times and the female/females answering the phones were rude and unhelpful.

Disliked: Room was not as advertised and the beds were very uncomfortable. I was very displeased with this room for the amount of money I paid for it.
