Excellent location and lovely staff
Liked: Excellent location and lovely staff always friendly and helpful. The room was very big and clean, housekeeping excellent. Free hot drinks and water
Disliked: The room was lovely and cleaned regularly but a bit dated, the sofa bed was a bit worn

Liked: The hotel is excellent. The facilities are very good, with a great shower and bedding. The hotel staff is excellent. We would like to give special praise to Juberto, who supported us from the beginning to the end of our stay, with valuable tips on how to make the most of our stay and the city.

Liked: Very cozy and not luxurious, but great for a single traveler...especially for business. Great location in downtown Bost and helpful/friendly staff. Loved the better-than-usual free coffee machine in the lobby. Also appreciated the refillable water and incidental supply closet

Liked: The location was good, the staff was friendly...noise was horrible. They placed me at a room next to the elevator and I got the worst night's sleep I ever received in a hotel.after over a month of asking for assistance, I was denied any compensation ....not even a lousy coupon code for a future stay. I got sorry, and that was that. Never again. Beware room 501, even after 2 doses of maximum strength sleeping pills, the elevator kept me up all night. No wonder they offered that room to me early with no early check-in fee, when I didn't even ask for early check-in to begin with. I thought they were doing me a favor. Nope, they just wanted to unload that room. Waste of over $200.
