Liked: The room was huge for someone staying there alone. I would say the location is literally perfect, which is subjective, but I think Midtown East is the perfect place to stay for a NYC trip. The price was really good for what you get, including location. The staff was friendly and having the 27th floor be a shared space was a great addition. The surprise housekeeping session while I was gone was great to return to.
Disliked: Not much. Some minor wear and tear in especially the bathroom, but I didn’t mind it.

Liked: Friendly staff, excellent location, quiet room even though it faced Lexington Ave.
Disliked: Coffee was on ther 27th floor but it said when I booked there would be coffee maker in the room. That ended up not mattering all that much since the coffee on the 27th floor was excellent.

Disliked: The rude behavior of the manager in the night of 3 February. I had checked out the previous day and booked to come back a day later, which I changed to the next day and got confirmation from the hotel. When I arrived in the evening of 3 February, this "manager" told me that I didn't have a reservation, because I had not "showed up". As I tried to show him the confirmation of my date change on my phone, he told me, very rudely, that he didn't care about what I had, but only what was in his system. Even though I didn't agree with his argument, he could have expressed regret that my booking was cancelled and politely tell me that there might have been a system problem that didn't record my date change and other consoling expressions. Instead, he was rude and totally unprofessional, even as he told me that the only choice I had was to make another booking. Of course I booked elsewhere, even as that was more expensive, but I couldn't put up with his arrogance and insanity. I was highly disappointed, felt cheated and insulted

The location is unbeatable, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Check-in was a breeze - quick, efficient, and welcoming.The room was immaculately clean, with an incredibly thoughtful layout that maximized the available space. Every inch seemed carefully designed to create a comfortable and functional environment. The bed was a standout feature - supremely comfortable and inviting. I enjoyed the most restful night's sleep I've had in a long time.What truly set this hotel apart was how it managed to deliver exceptional quality while remaining great value for the price. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and affordable accommodation. It's clear that attention to detail is a priority here, and it shows in every aspect of the stay.
