Midtown Magic, Grand and Central.

Liked: Location is perfect. Staff as always efficient and all as advertised. Electronic fob access through personal device works perfectly. Amenities and rooftop lounge away an oasis.
Disliked: The elevator situation is always a little quirky, but not in any real inconvenient way. Nothing really bad to speak about.

A really good Midtown hotel

Liked: Excellent location close to Grand Central Station. The 27th floor guest room is a lovely, open space with great views of the city - a nice place to relax with a coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size with microwave and fridge, a comfortable bed and a great shower.
Disliked: We had to ask to have the bins emptied and towels changed - didn't realise this service was on request.
