Disliked: They cleaned the room only once during a 5 night stay

Great location and good room.

Liked: I had issues with room service - no hand soap (twice), no bathmat for three days, stairwell to main level not cleaned for five days. Cleaner left large garbage bags directly in front of emergency fire exit!

Really great value for a...

Liked: The location was prime, the room was really clean, the bed felt comfortable throughout the entire week-long stay (even though on the softer side), the gym was nicely equipped, the laundry machines were kept clean, the rooftop cafe is a great, great place go hang out.Also, the staff was always super friendly and helpful ready to make sure everything goes smooth! :D
Disliked: Nothing worth of note.
