Superb

Overall good experience except for...

Liked: The hotel is located in Bank area and it was ideal for us as we had a conference to attend with only a 5 minutes walk to the venue. Rooms are recently refurbished, good sized rooms and comfortable bed. There was a good selection for breakfast and staff was helpful.
Disliked: I am still waiting to be refunded for the damages deposit that I paid on my arrival, which the receptionist mentioned that it will be released within the day of departure, however I have checked out 1.5 days ago and no refund was received. I can not find an email address where to contact the hotel directly.

Great stay, would return.

Liked: Great location, couldn't fault it at all. Room was great and the rest of the facilities are great. Would 100% stay here again when in London.

Liked: Newly refurbished room, very clean.
Disliked: Issue with no room for early check-in that had been prepaid but sorted out pretty quickly.

Liked: Interior is lovely
Disliked: The room was never cleaned, and we stayed for 3 nights, no new towels,bedding toilet roll shower gel, etcWe did ask for it to be cleaned and was told it would be and never happened.

Good

Liked: The receptionist gave us free room upgrade. The staff overall was very nice and the room was clean. Due to good price/quality ratio we would come back.
Disliked: The toilet was located 1 meter from the bed. Rooms are cleaned only at the request and although we did not request it, the housekeeper came into the room twice, when we were in. Once we requested cleaning and after she finished cleaning she turned on the air conditioning, so the room was freezing cold, when we came back (in the middle of November).

Wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Space and location.
Disliked: Was in bed at 9am and the cleaning staff knocked on the door and asked us what time we would be leaving - never had this at any hotel I’ve stayed at before. Complete invasion of privacy
